DISTILLATION
Grapes dried in the sun for 15 days at the Almijar (place for drying grapes). The musts are then pressed under high pressure. Immediate fortification at 9 °C, decanting and racking after the first cold, new fortification until 18 °C.

VINIFICATION
Grapes are dried in the sun for 15 days at the Almijar (place for drying grapes), after which they are pressed in special presses. Immediate fortification at 9ºC. Decanting and racking after the first chilling. New fortification up to 18ºC.

Mahogany black
PERFUME
The olfactory aromas are characteristic of the variety and are reminiscent of sultanas and figs.
PAIRINGS
It is excellent with baked desserts and also goes very well with blue cheeses. Ideal for sipping at the end of a meal, it can also be enjoyed as a meditation wine with good dark chocolate.
TASTE
On the palate, the low acidity is dominated by a definite sweetness, which determines the persistence.
AGING
Carried out according to the Criaderas and Soleras system, for a minimum of 15 years.
Alcohol content: 18%.
